Position Overview:
A growing Allstate  agency is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative/Account Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, building relationships, and being part of a supportive team environment.

As a Customer Account Representative, you will assist customers with their insurance needs, help maintain strong client relationships, and support the day-to-day operations of the agency. This position offers an excellent opportunity to learn the insurance industry, develop valuable professional skills, and explore future career paths within the agency.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers with questions about their policies and coverage
  • Provide excellent service through phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Help customers review their insurance needs and identify appropriate coverage options
  • Support the agency team with administrative and operational tasks
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation
  • Build strong relationships with new and existing customers
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities
Requirements:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer service experience preferred but not required
  • Organized and detail-oriented with good time management skills
  • Comfortable learning new systems and technology
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work in a team-focused environment
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in customer service, retail, banking, hospitality, or insurance
  • Willingness in obtaining insurance licenses (if not already licensed)
