What You'll Do
As an Insurance Account Associate you'll play a key role in both servicing existing customers and helping new clients find the right coverage for their needs.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through exceptional service and ongoing support.
- Assist clients with policy questions, coverage reviews, billing inquiries, and policy updates.
- Educate customers on insurance products and coverage options to help protect their families, homes, vehicles, and businesses.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell and recommend additional products that meet customer needs.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, and follow up with prospects and existing clients.
- Provide personalized solutions through a customer-focused, needs-based approach.
- Work collaboratively with a supportive team to achieve agency goals and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
What We're Looking For
- Property & Casualty Insurance License preferred (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
- Previous experience in insurance, sales, customer service, banking, retail, or another professional client-facing role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive attitude and genuine passion for helping people.
- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable learning new technology and agency systems.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.
- Sales-minded with a desire to grow professionally and financially.
